To ensure the continuity of your care, you will be reassigned to a new qualified provider within Sigma Pain Clinic. We will follow up with you directly to facilitate this transition and address any questions you may have.
This reassignment is due to Dr. Sean Fletcher’s departure from our practice after November 21, 2025. After this date, Dr. Fletcher will be transitioning to the Audie L. Murphy Memorial Veterans’ Hospital in San Antonio and will no longer be available at Sigma Pain Clinic.

If you prefer to transfer your care elsewhere, we are happy to make your medical records available to you.
